Theme: Stories must be about a specific theme. (Fly)
Truth: Stories must be true and nonfiction.
Time: Stories must be told within a time limit, 5-6 minutes.
No notes or props: Stories must be told without notes, props, or cheat sheets.
No rants: Stories should not be rants, monologues, stand-up routines, or poems.
Audience engagement: Stories should have stakes and be engaging for the audience.
Conflict and resolution: Stories should have a conflict and a resolution.
Personal connection: Stories should be about the storyteller, and theirs to tell.
